in-cites has produced a listing of the scientists, institutions,
countries, and journals that have achieved the highest percentage
increase in total citations from the sixth bimonthly period of 2005
to the first bimonthly period of 2006—that is, from December 2005
to February 2006. These entities are singled out as Rising Stars in
their respective fields. (*This
feature was formally known as "Most Improved".)
