in-cites has produced a listing of the scientists, institutions,
countries, and journals that have achieved the highest percentage
increase in total citations from the fifth bimonthly period of 2005
to the sixth bimonthly period of 200 5—that
is, from October 2005 to December 2005. These entities are singled
out as Rising Stars in their respective fields. (*This
feature was formally known as "Most Improved".)
