As of July 1, 2002, ISI
Essential Science Indicators
Web product data were updated to cover a 10-year plus
4-month period, from January 1992 to April 30, 2002. With this update, the
data pool expanded to include an additional 1,554 scientists; 211
institutions; 26 countries; and 40 journals that are either entirely new
to the ISI Essential Science Indicators Web product, or new to one
of the database’s 22 fields.
